I used to have a good time playing games on turborocketgames.com, usually as a quick break when I should probably be doing something else, like laundry or answering emails. But the last few updates have made the site feel worse instead of better.

Things that used to run fine now feel laggy, and little bugs keep popping back up like they never really got fixed. It kind of reminds me of when my phone updates overnight and suddenly the alarm sound is different for no reason. Just feels like some of these changes are being pushed out without enough testing.

I’m not saying the whole site is awful or anything, because there’s still fun stuff there. It’s just been frustrating lately, especially when the updates seem to break more than they improve. I really hope they slow down a bit and focus on fixing things properly.

I can’t say it isn’t fun, because it definitely kept me playing for a while. But when the screen gets busy, the controls don’t exactly feel responsive, and it’s not like that doesn’t get frustrating sometimes.

I played quite a bit, more than I meant to, and the rewards still felt kind of unfair.
